Process Vessels
FERMENTER
- Designed for batch , fed batch and continuous operation
- Capacity range of 10 L to 10000 L

- Resterilisable zero deadleg valves for sampling and flush boom valves

PROCESS VESSELS
- Cleanable and Sterilizable in place
- Boom Driven , Magnetic Mixer and Variable speed control
- Accurate level control with staged WFI addition
- Agitator control for minimum batch mixing volume
- Automatic speed control to avoid dry run of Magnetic agitators.
FILTRATION SKIDS
- Design that permits sterilization of filter and sterile piping independently
- Code 25 Adapters enabling use of any standard filters

Blending Mixing Vessel
Blending & Mixing vessels are used for the preparation, storage and transfer of products in Biopharmaceutical manufacturing facility. Provisions for monitoring and controlling of various process parameters such as Temperature, pH, Conductivity etc. are provided in these systems, as per client requirement. These Blending and mixing vessels would be connected to Vial/Ampoules Filling station, in a formulation plant.

- ASME BPE tubing & fittings .Contact parts comprising of SA 240 Grade SS 316 L and Non-contact parts of SA 240 Grade SS 304.
- Dead leg and slopes of the pipings are maintained as per the ASME BPE criteria.
- Orbital welding is done as per ASME BPE standards.
- Full drain ability of the system is ensured.
- Alarms & Interlocks are also included as safety features.
- Control panels are designed and wired in-house by meeting the industrial standards.
CIP System
Cleaning-in-Place (CIP) systems are used for cleaning the interior surface of vessels, pipes, process equipments, filters and associated fittings without disassembly. We provide fully/semi automated & customized / user configurable CIP units for biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical plants. These would be stand-alone or integrated CIP systems.
