1. Potable water generation systems:

2. Purified Water Generation Systems

Engineered to take the input of the Potable Water System outour RO, RO_EDI and Ultra filtration Systems incorporate sanitary design along with efficiency enhancing features that are engineered to save Water, Power and Effluent. Conductivity as low as 0.1µ/cm is achieved with very high recovery with low reject. The PFW Generation Systems are compact, skid mounted, with PLC / SCADA controls that enable pre-programmed automated Sanitization cycles with graphical representation on the MMI Panel. Our high focus on thermal engineering and system design ensures lowest possible thermal shocks to the sensitive polymeric membranes during sanitization cycles.

5. PW & WFI Storage and Distribution Systems

Comprise of Storage and distribution of the generated water at various user points, cleaning and sanitization procedures as per the latest USP Guidelines. In association with our tech partners, Water For injection & pure steam generation and distribution sterility Concepts based systems are provided customized as per the requirements of the clients.

6. Process and Loop Piping

Our years of hands on experience has taught us that even the best of engineering is no substitute to the ability to respond to the demanding site conditions. Challenging environments (existing pipings, HVAC ductings) and Loop design requirements (Slopes, drain points) are few of the many we handle .WSPL use imported orbital welding machines to ensure smoothest possible welds.

7. Process Equipments & Storage Tanks

Water storage vessels ranging from capacity 300Lts to 30000Ltrs.Plain, Limpet and dimple jacketed with half as well as fully insulated. All tanks are designed and manufactured as per ASME Sec VIII, Div 1.

Aseptic vessels from the range of 3 ltr to 350 ltrs, vertical type cylindrical with conical as well as tore spherical dishes Jacketed, insulated and cladded as per the latest technology. Complete range of product mixing vessels fully automated with load cells on skids for ease of mobility and transfer. Bottom mounted Magnetic mixtures which enable the Space of operation, baffle plates and dip tubes for precise and for Zero foam addition.

Vessel Ranges from Feed Vessels, Transfer vessels, mixing vessels, Bioreactors with safe venting, Transfer with mobility and temp control vessels for extended period storage for particular volume at particular features.

8. CIP /SIP Systems

We build fully Automated Centralized CIP System with Totalized Flow at each users, enabling maximum number of users at a time. Loop as well as interconnecting piping, Storage vessels with auto concentration makeup, water addition as well as temperature maintenance to enable with constant supply of CIP chemicals at every point in respect of demand. Semi-Automatic mobile CIP trolleys for cleaning stand alone systems and piping.

Separation technologies used is filtration trays based with series Filtration technique with cartridge as well as membrane depth filtration  totalized with Auto batch filtration as well as Auto dispensing with Full port Cleaning CIP and Auto Sip with inert blanketing.
